Traditii Maramuresene Association

     “Traditii Maramuresene” Folklorik Ensemble was founded in 2007 in Baia Mare.  Our appearance in folklorik cultural scenery ment also the apparition of competition, but slowly, with patience and passion the “Traditii Maramuresene” Folklorik Ensemble  made a fame passing easily by all so-called consacrated  ensembles of that time.

     Made by young people who spend their free time with love and passion for singing and dancing. They  participated in lots of  shows with high fig, enjoying the public's appreciations. Our performances enjoyed of a duly success at local and national televisions. Alongside the songs and folk dancings from: Maramures, Codru, Chioar, Lăpuş, in our shows we  present songs and folk dancings of a orphic beauty from other county sides.

     CHILDREN  FOLKLORIK  ENSEMBLE
                       “TRADITII MARAMURESENE JUNIOR”

     This ensemble was founded in 2008 with children selected after lots of folk dance courses organized by “Traditii Maramuresene” Association, by Amalia Chioran, the coreographer.
     In this folklorik ensemble are participating lots of children and teenagers, who are studying in Baia Mare's schools, carrying on the rehearsals every Monday and Wednesday from 4 o'clock in the afternoon. The ensemble's collective is  formed by vocalists and 12 dance pairs , who, together, are performing in complete folklorik shows with different time length.
     Our repertoire is formed off songs and dances from Maramures, Chioar, Codru, Lapus and Transilvania.
     “Traditii Maramuresene Junior” Ensemble replied and still replies to all received invitations to to perform in folklorik shows like festivals, feests folklore celebratins, etc.

     During the shows everything seems like a dialogue, a continuous comunication  between artists and public, because of the songs, dancing and because of charming interpreters' sight.

     The show offers the public a selected bouquet from the beautiful garden of Romanian folklore.
